我司提供的環(huán)氧樹(shù)脂絕緣干式變壓器具有以下特點(diǎn)：
抗短路能力和耐候性強(qiáng)：低壓采用箔式線圈，高壓采用分段圓筒線圈，線圈澆注在環(huán)氧樹(shù)脂中，線圈采用先進(jìn)的定向凝膠技術(shù)，使環(huán)氧樹(shù)脂凝膠反應(yīng)透徹?zé)o應(yīng)力積聚。具有極好的機(jī)械強(qiáng)度和耐候性。
過(guò)載能力強(qiáng)，阻燃性好：采用國(guó)際先進(jìn)的飽和填料薄絕緣環(huán)氧樹(shù)脂真空澆注技術(shù)，使產(chǎn)品具有更大的散熱容量和良好的阻燃性能。
耐熱等級(jí)高：采用H級(jí)環(huán)氧樹(shù)脂，具有更好的耐熱性能。
局部放量?。赫婵諠沧毫B工藝和均勻的場(chǎng)強(qiáng)設(shè)計(jì)，避免了澆注時(shí)殘留氣泡，局部放電量很小。
環(huán)境適應(yīng)性：帶填料環(huán)氧樹(shù)脂材料與線圈導(dǎo)體的熱脹系數(shù)更加接近，氣溫或負(fù)載聚變不會(huì)引起樹(shù)脂開(kāi)裂，致密的環(huán)氧樹(shù)脂絕緣保護(hù)層具有百分百的防潮防水性。
The epoxy resin insulated dry-type transformer provided by our company has the following characteristics:
Resistance to short circuit and strong weather resistance: foil coil is used at low pressure, segmenting cylinder coil is used at high pressure, the coil is poured in epoxy resin, and the coil adopts advanced directional gel technology, so that epoxy resin gel reaction is thorough without stress accumulation. Excellent mechanical strength and weather resistance.
Strong overload capacity, good flame retardant: the use of international advanced saturated packing thin insulation epoxy resin vacuum casting technology, so that the product has greater heat dissipation capacity and good flame retardant performance.
High heat resistance grade: H grade epoxy resin is adopted, which has better heat resistance.
Small local discharge: vacuum pouring pressure infiltration process and uniform field strength design, avoid residual bubbles during pouring, local discharge is very small.
Environmental adaptability: the packed epoxy resin material is closer to the thermal expansion coefficient of the coil conductor, the temperature or load fusion will not cause cracking of the resin, and the dense epoxy resin insulation layer has 100% moisture and water resistance.
